3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may use basic features without creating an account. Premium features require registration and payment.

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Lifetime subscriptions: 30-day refund window only

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of their subscription term.

5. Use of Service

Our PWA allows offline access to previously loaded content. This feature is for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TechTube (excluding third-party video content) is owned by us or our licensors, including:

• Website design and layout
• Logo and branding
• Software code and algorithms
• Text, graphics, and images

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 User Data

You retain ownership of your search queries, saved videos, and preferences. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this data to improve our Service.

7. Advertising and Affiliate Links

7.1 Google AdSense

Free users will see advertisements powered by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these ads.

7.2 Affiliate Marketing

We participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions when you purchase through our links. These recommendations are:

• Clearly marked as "Sponsored" or "Affiliate"
• Curated based on relevance to your search
• Optional - you are never required to click or purchase

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Availability of specific content
• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS
• THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
